BILLING AND CANCELLATIONS
Your account with be charged the rate of renewal of the plan you are subscribed to at the end of each period. Payments are nonrefundable.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at anytime by going to your account options or dashboard in the system that you originally signed up through.
To Cancel Through www.bohobeautiful.tv
1. Log in
2. Click on “Dashboard” in the navigation menu
3. Click on “Billing”
4. Select “Change Plan”
5. Click “Cancel Membership”
To Cancel Through iOS or Android customized app
1. Open the left side menu by clicking the menu icon in the top left of the screen
2. Click “Manage My Subscription”
3. It will take you to your Apple or Android preferences

PLEASE NOTE
When you subscribe directly through third parties (everywhere but www.bohobeautiful.tv), your subscription and payment information is with these third-parties, we are not able to cancel it for you or issue any refunds.
You can contact the App Store, Play Store, Roku, or FireTV for a refund if needed. It is at their discretion if a refund is issued.
TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL & ACCOUNT INFO
All of this can be accomplished in the Profile tab of your dashboard.
PASSWORD RESET
This can be accomplished in the Password tab
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Click “Forgot Password” and enter the email address associated with your account.
The password reset instructions will then arrive in your inbox shortly.
WEB BROWSER EXPERIENCE
WEB BROSWER & MOBILE APP DIFFERENCE
Both share the same login information and have full access to the entire catalog of content.
Basic video functionalities are the same: favorites, filtering, search capabilities, etc.
Both can airplay and chromecast to your tv.
DIFFERENCES
Downloading is available only through the mobile app experience.
Custom calendar and class scheduling is through the mobile app.
There is audio downloading capability in the mobile app.
Journal features are only available in the mobile app.

HOW TO
You can find the 'filter' option in the top left side of the Video Catalog page. Once you click on that, you will see a variety of filters for you to choose from to find the video you want.
To search the search bar is in the top right side, on the other side of the filter button.
You can also scroll through the front page of the platform to find a great selection of many different categories and playlists as well.
HOW TO CREATE A CUSTOMIZED FAVORITES LIST
Under the player of each video is a button marked "Add To Favorites".
Once you have selected your first favorite video, a video category will appear on the top of the front of the video catalog page.
You can select as many favourites as you would like, and they all will populate your favorite category list.
HOW TO TURN OFF AUTO-PLAY
Members can turn off autoplay on individual videos by using the autoplay toggle under the video player on the membership website.
When you turn off autoplay, it will remain off until your browser cache has been cleared.
AIRPLAY
Make sure your Apple TV is set-up.
Make sure your Apple device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your Apple TV.
Open the video on your Apple device and click on the AirPlay icon located on the bottom right of the video player.
In the pop-up that appears, select the desired TV and the video will begin playing.
Note- If you do not see the Airplay icon try restarting your device.
CHROMECAST
Make sure Chrome-Cast is set up on your tv.
Make sure your laptop or device is logged onto the same wi-fi network as your tv.
Open the video on your device and click on the Chromecast icon at the bottom at the bottom right of the video player, and select the desired tv to cast to.
Note- If you dont see the Chromecase icon, try quitting the app and restarting your device.
DOWNLOADING VIDEOS
However, you can download any of the videos to the Boho Beautiful Official custom app to mobile or tablet via both iOS and Android to play offline for as long as you have a subscription to the membership.
SLOW LOADING TIME & BUFFERING
Try adjusting the video quality to a lower setting.
On the player locate the “Gear” icon and click on “Quality”.
Set the quality to Auto or select a specific setting.

TROUBLE LOGGING INTO THE APP
1. Uninstall the app
2. Restart your device
3. Reinstall the app, and try to log in again with your email address and the password you used membership website.
If you still cannot log into the app and are on a mobile app, please contact App Support directly through your Boho Beautiful Official iOS or Android app.
HOW DO I CONTACT MOBILE APP SUPPORT
Simply tap on the hamburger menu tab on the top left corner of the app, then tap 'Support' in the 'Info' section and you will be directly taken to our App Support team to help you out.
Our App Support can help you with any app-related questions or issues and in-app subscription questions.

All subscription plan changes or cancellations for in-app subscriptions can only be managed in your account where you subscribed to the in-app subscription: Apple, Google Play Store, Roku, or Amazon.
When you subscribe directly through the custom mobile app or any of the tv apps, your subscription and payment information is with one of these third-parties, we are not able to cancel it for you or issue any refunds. You can contact the App Store, Play Store, Roku, or FireTV for a refund if needed. It is at their discretion if a refund is issued.
We recommend that you make any changes to your subscription plan at least 24 hours before it is set to renew. You find information on managing your subscription within the app too.
