Boho Beautiful Premium, or Premium Programs, refers to our collection of Yoga, Meditation, and Fitness programs. Each includes a comprehensive and curated schedule of classes and supportive material that hyper-focus on specific intentions and areas of your practice.


Our Premium Programs are available exclusively in our online store, and not included with a subscription to the Boho Beautiful App.

What is the Boho Beautiful Community? Where can I find it?

The Boho Beautiful community is a private Telegram group, free for anyone to join. It's a safe place to connect, interact, and share with others.

What are the Communique and Chronicle newsletters? How can I sign up?

With a subscription to the Boho Beautiful App, you will receive a monthly Communique newsletter reserved exclusively for members. Each includes a personal update from Juliana, Mark, and the Boho Beautiful team, and an exclusive discount coupon to our online store.


The Boho Beautiful Chronicle is available to everyone. It includes updates on new classes, videos, and Premium Program releases. How do I change my membership plan?

To change your membership plan, start by logging in to your account via web browser. Then, click the 'Dashboard' link in the navigation menu. Then, click the 'Purchases' tab. Your membership plan can be changed by clicking the 'Change' button next to your currently active membership plan.

How can I make sure my payments are supporting Boho Beautiful directly?

There are two ways to subscribe to the Boho Beautiful App.


The first and best is directly through our website. This means your payments are made directly to us, and help us to continue creating content for this community. The second is through the Boho Beautiful App on your mobile device. This means your payments are made to corporations like Apple or Google, who manage and profit from your subscription.


To make sure you're supporting us directly, open the Boho Beautiful App on your mobile device. Then, open the menu in the top left of your screen, and tap 'Manage My Subscription'. When asked where you signed up, choose the 'App' option.


If you don't see your Boho Beautiful App subscription here, that means you're supporting us directly and no further action is required. If you see your Boho Beautiful App subscription, you can cancel it by managing your Apple or Android subscription preferences.


To subscribe again directly, click here through bohobeautiful.tv, click here. Then, click the membership plan of your choosing. Then, on the next page, scroll down and click 'Already have an account? Log in', and log in using your existing account's login information. Then, you can proceed with the checkout.


Please note that doing this doesn't affect how and where you use the app, only where your money is going. However you're subscribed, you can continue to enjoy the Boho Beautiful App on all your devices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Via Web Browser: Start by logging in to your account via web browser. Then, click the 'Dashboard' link in the navigation menu. Then, click the 'Purchases' tab. Your subscription can be cancelled by clicking the 'Cancel Membership' link beneath your currently active membership plan.


Via iOS or Android app: Start by logging in to your account in the Boho Beautiful iOS or Android app. Then, open the menu in the top left of your screen. Then, click 'Manage My Subscription'. Your subscription can be cancelled by managing your Apple or Android preferences.


Via Third Party Providers: To cancel your subscription through third party providers, click the appropriate link below.

Please note that when you subscribe directly through a third party (listed above), your subscription and payment information are managed by the applicable party. In such cases, Boho Beautiful is unable to cancel your subscription, issue payment refunds, or manage your account in any way.


If you would like to request a refund, contact the applicable party. Please note that it is at their discretion whether a refund is issued.

I only want to take a break. How do I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription to the Boho Beautiful App and return whenever you're ready.


Pausing offers an alternative to cancellation, allowing you to temporarily suspend your membership without losing your account. Please note that pausing is only available with our Monthly membership plan, and limited to a duration of 3 months.


Start by logging in to your account via web browser. Then, click the 'Dashboard' link in the navigation menu. Then, click the 'Purchases' tab. Your subscription can be paused by clicking the 'Cancel Membership' link, and choosing 'Pause' as an alternative.

How does billing work?

You will be invoiced for your subscription at the end of each billing period, and at the cost of your membership plan. Your subscription to the Boho Beautiful App will automatically renew unless it is canceled 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period. Payments are non-refundable.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, start by logging in to your account via web browser. Then, click the 'Dashboard' link in the navigation menu. Then, click the 'Purchases' tab. Your billing information can be updated by clicking the 'Change Payment Method' button beside your currently active payment method.

How/where can I use the Boho Beautiful App?

The Boho Beautiful App is accessible via multiple applications and devices. Please see the complete list below:

Web Browser: Use the Boho Beautiful App on any web browser directly from your computer, laptop, or any device that has a web browser. Visit https://official.bohobeautiful.tv.

IOS App: Download the Boho Beautiful iOS app, compatible with iPhone or iPad devices. Cast to any smart TV using Airplay or Chromecast.

Android App: Download the Boho Beautiful Android app, compatible with Android enabled smartphones and tablets. Cast to any smart TV using Chromecast.

Android TV: Download the Boho Beautiful Android TV app, compatible with Android TVs and devices.

AppleTV: Download the Boho Beautiful AppleTV app, compatible with Apple TVs and devices.

Roku: Download the Boho Beautiful Roku app, compatible with Roku TVs and devices.

Fire TV: Download the Boho Beautiful Fire TV app, compatible with Fire TVs and devices.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, start by logging in to your account via web browser. Then, click the "Dashboard” link in the navigation menu. Then, expand the 'Danger Zone' panel. Your password can be changed by clicking the 'Change Password' button.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password, click here. Then, in the email field, enter the email address associated with your account. Further instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you.

How do I change my account information?

To change your account information, start by logging in to your account via web browser. Then, click the “Dashboard" link in the navigation menu. Your account information can be edited in the 'My Public Info' and 'My Private Info' sections.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Alternatively, you could try using a different credit card.

I have a Premium Program. Can I access it through the Boho Beautiful App?

The Boho Beautiful App does not share content, or user information, with Boho Beautiful Premium. If you have a Boho Beautiful Premium Program, click here to learn how to access it.

STREAMING, CASTING & VIDEO PLAYBACK

What is the difference between the web browser and mobile app experience?

The Boho Beautiful App is accessible on all your devices. However you choose to use the Boho Beautiful App, you can log in with the same credentials to stream or cast our entire library of content, and search for or save your favourite videos. However, there are some differences between the web browser and app experience, listed below:


- Video downloads are available only through the mobile app

- Audio downloads are available only through the mobile app

- Personalized calendar and class scheduling is available only through the mobile app

- Journal features are available only through the mobile app

How do I download a video?

Video downloads are available only through the Boho Beautiful Android or iOS app. You can do so by clicking the Download button beneath the video. Unfortunately, video downloads are not available through the Boho Beautiful App via web browser.

How do I use the Boho Beautiful App on my AppleTV?

To mirror or cast from your iPhone, iPad, or iMac to AppleTV:


1. Make sure your AppleTV is set up and functioning properly.

2. Make sure your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, etc.) is connected to the same WiFi network as your AppleTV.

3. Open the video on your Apple device, and click on the AirPlay icon located on the bottom right of the video player.

4. In the pop-up that appears, select the desired TV and the video will begin playing.


Note: If you do not see the Airplay icon, try restarting your device.

How do I use the Boho Beautiful App with Chromecast?

To cast from your device to Chromecast:


1. Make sure Chromecast is set up on your TV and functioning properly.

2. Make sure your streaming device (laptop, smartphone, etc.) is connected to the same WiFi network as your TV.

3. Open the video on your device, and click on the Chromecast icon at the bottom right of the video player.

4. Select the desired Chromecast device, and the video will begin playing.


Note: If you don't see the Chromecast icon, try quitting the app, and restarting your device.

How do I access Boho Beautiful on my TV without an app?

To enjoy Boho Beautiful on your TV without using an app:


- Connect your laptop or desktop computer directly to your TV via HDMI cable.

- Visit https://bohobeautiful.tv via web browser, then log in to your Boho Beautiful account.

- Visit https://bohobeautiful.tv via your smart TV's web browser, then log in to your Boho Beautiful account.

How do I access Boho Beautiful on my mobile device without using an app?

To use Boho Beautiful on your smartphone or tablet without using an app, visit https://bohobeautiful.tv via web browser. Our website is responsive, and will adapt to screen sizes on any device.

I'm experiencing video playback issues. How do I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience:


- Make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection.

- Lower the video quality setting

- If you are using an internet browser, make sure it is the latest version.

- If you are using an internet browser, disable any extensions or plug-ins.

- Restart your modem and/or router and try again.

A subscription to the Boho Beautiful App is available through several third parties, including Apple, Google Play Store, Roku, and Amazon.


Please note that when you subscribe directly through a third party (listed above), your subscription and payment information are managed by the applicable party. In such cases, Boho Beautiful is unable to cancel your subscription, issue payment refunds, or manage your account in any way.
